At Gear Head Clothing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your party wear purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  1. Unused and Unworn Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  2. Original Packaging: Please ensure that the original packaging is intact. We may not be able to process returns for items without their original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gearheadclothing.com within 14 days of delivery. Put RETURN in the subject line. Specific reason for return in body and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipping:

  1. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective item).

  2. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Refunds:

  1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
